The Konkola Mine | Konkola Copper Mines Plc

Copper and cobalt are associated with iron, and sometimes with anomalous concentrations of other metals (e.g. Ni, U, Ag, Au, PGM, Se, Mo, V, Te, As, Th). The ore is mainly made of disseminated sulphides forming stratiform orebodies hosted in fine-grained siliciclastic or dolomitic sedimentary rocks.
